I have very fond memories of Laura from her time as an adviser at Waterloo Legal Advice Service. She was a stalwart of the service for some years, and was incredibly patient and generous with her time for the clients, and for colleagues looking for guidance on a thorny legal issue. She was always charming and funny and incredibly kind. I received many words of wisdom and guidance from Laura when I was a very junior lawyer, and am grateful for her support. I was incredibly saddened to hear of her passing and my thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends at this time. May she rest in peace.
